Art Amalgamation: thoughts, creativity & creation...

Different expressions, cultures, traditions and arts from the globe brought together in one space. After a review of artists & their art works, TellusArt overviewed the range and variety of many art forms in the current global art atmosphere. It is an effort of TellusArt to put all thoughts, arts and creativities of the established and upcoming artists together in one space.

Srinagar is a peaceful, cultural and artistic place full of greenery, selected for the Event "Art Amalgamation" in India TellusArt has organized its workshop at Delhi Public School - Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir – India to explore the beauty of Art & Nature.
 

"Art Amalgamation" workshop is an attempt to endorse art, friendship and mutual understanding between people of diverse culture.

 

About DPS Srinagar

Delhi Public School, Srinagar is a well known school not only in India but worldwide. Situated in Srinagar, a city popularly known as ‘Paradise on Earth’ and 'Venice of the East’, in a beautiful valley of Kashmir. Located on the banks of the River Jhelum, the city is renowned for its beautiful lakes, houseboats and numerous Mughal gardens. TellusArt, with the help of DPS- Srinagar will be organizing an International art event 2015.

Through our project TellusArt provide a platform to talented and outstanding artists from various countries, to gather & paint their thoughts at one place during these workshops. Artists from different countries will highlight their art & cultural background through their Art & interaction.

Art Amalgamation workshop is an attempt to promote art, friendship and understanding between people of diverse culture.

Artists Participation

The composition of the invited artists for the workshop would be a blend of National and International artists. The division of the artists to be participating from all over would be as given below:

India: 04 artists International: 08 artists

Total participants will be 12 artists.
List of the artists would be shared with sponsor after the final selection will be done.

Number of the participating artists may fluctuate one or two on the either side.

 

The Purpose of this Project

  1. To provide a platform to interact with each other and with professional artists in art workshops, to make friends cross cultural boundaries as the future will bring more global interaction.
  2. To provide a forum for cultural exchange between artists from different countries and to build a global network of talented/ local and national artists /art-enthusiasts /people who want to make a difference.
  3. To build bridges to cultural understanding between people, to make friendship across the globe.
  4. To enhance awareness and consciousness about the importance of biodiversity and protecting nature and cultural artheritage at very root level.
  5. To provide a forum for artists from different countries, to jointly express concerns about ‘degeneration of biodiversity’through their art.
  6. To achieve unlimited personal growth, while enjoying and immersing in new surroundings.
